We collect information you provide directly—like your name, email, and shipping address—as well as technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and browsing behavior. This helps us improve your experience and deliver our services more efficiently.

You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal information. You can also opt out of marketing emails and manage cookie settings through your browser at any time.

We only share your information with trusted third-party partners who help us operate our services—such as payment processors, shipping providers, and marketing platforms. These partners are contractually required to keep your data secure and confidential.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the mainland United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or international destinations.

Total delivery time is typically between 4 to 9 business days. This includes 1–3 days for processing and 3–6 days for transit. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are often processed faster.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear as your package is scanned and processed by the carrier.

If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days or is marked as “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact us right away. We’ll work with the carrier to locate or replace your shipment.

Return /Refund policy

You can request a return within 60 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and have all original tags attached.

To start a return, email us at support@fifteefifth.com with your order number, full name, a detailed explanation of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem (e.g., damage, wrong size/color). Returns without photo evidence will not be accepted.

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover return shipping. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
